Temporary WAR JORTS Delay Exception

This is a temporary exception while the current UPS delay is being resolved. Although SAVACULT does not normally offer refunds once an order is in process, customers affected by the current WAR JORTS UPS delay may contact our team for support.

Affected customers may choose to wait for their order, receive store credit, or request a full refund instead of waiting for the delayed inventory to arrive.

Customers who choose to wait will still receive their order, and we will include a free gift inside the package as a thank you for their patience.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of SAVACULT releases, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Customers may submit a request for review by contacting support@savacult.com or by using our Contact Page.

Orders are processed and logged immediately upon confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, no refunds, returns, or size changes are guaranteed.


Eligible Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds may be considered only on select items and are not guaranteed.

  • All requests are reviewed and investigated by our team

  • Approval is based on product condition, availability, and release limitations

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Due to limited stock and exclusive drops, replacement inventory may not always be available.


Size Exchanges

Please ensure you order the correct size before completing your purchase.

  • Size exchanges are extremely limited due to low inventory

  • SAVACULT Tees are NOT eligible for size exchanges

  • Size availability is not guaranteed for any exchange request

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product description prior to ordering.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If we make an error, we will make it right.

  • If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, we will replace it at no cost (subject to availability)

  • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us for review

Shipping Issues

SAVACULT is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unclaimed packages once handed over to the carrier. However:

  • All orders are insured

  • Our team will assist in opening a claim with USPS or UPS if necessary

  • Resolution options may include store credit, depending on the claim outcome


False Chargebacks

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback violates our policies.

  • Suspected false chargebacks will be reported to Shopify

  • Supporting evidence including tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communication will be submitted
