Temporary WAR JORTS Shipping Update

This is a temporary notice while the current UPS delay is being resolved. Some WAR JORTS inventory shipments to our warehouse have been delayed in transit due to current UPS service impacts connected to the Middle East conflict.

All affected orders are still confirmed, and our team is actively tracking the incoming inventory. Customers who choose to wait will still receive their order, and we will include a free gift inside the package as a thank you for their patience.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed with care to ensure quality control before shipment.

  • Tracking information is provided within 1–2 business days for in-stock garments.

  • Certain specialty or limited garments may require additional handling; tracking will be provided within 5–7 business days.

  • Specific fulfillment timelines are clearly stated on each product description. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.


Stock Release Orders

Stock release items are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after processing.


Early Access Orders

Orders placed during Early Access may require extended fulfillment due to demand.

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for shipment

  • Note: Early Access orders are not preorders


International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination.

  • Average delivery timeframe: 10-18 business days

  • Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control


Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

SAVACULT insures all shipments.

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by USPS or UPS.

  • In the rare event of a lost, delayed, or damaged package, our team will open and manage a claim on your behalf with the carrier.

  • If necessary, store credit may be issued once the claim process is reviewed and completed.

Our trained fulfillment team works closely with USPS and UPS to ensure issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
