Exchange reviewExchanges are available for eligible items after review and approval. Email support@savacult.com with your order number, item, and requested size or replacement. We will confirm whether your request is eligible.

EligibilityApproval depends on item condition and availability. We may decline exchanges for limited or sold-out pieces, unavailable sizes, or replacements that are not currently available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return processWait for approval before returning your item. Customers cover the return shipping label, with the fee confirmed in advance. After we receive and check the return, we will ship the approved replacement. Refunds remain subject to our policy; contact us for review of incorrect or defective items.

Wash cold, inside out, with like colors and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang dry when possible and do not iron directly over prints, embroidery, or embellishments.
